Your first point of contact should be with Australia Post. If you have authorised your parcel to be left in a safe place, then Australia Post will usually take a photo of where they leave your parcel. For privacy reasons, Australia Post will not inform Natural Good Life nor send Natural Good Life photo evidence of the delivery. If you fail to get a response from Australia Post then please contact us at and we will see if we can do anything to help. But if you have selected ‘Authority to Leave’ there will not be much that we can do. We DO NOT suggest selecting Authority Leave.

We always try our best to pack your orders in the entirety but we are human and do make mistakes. We ask you double check your order and if you are still missing an item please contact us and we will look into the missing item.

The short answer is No. Unfortunately we can not add too or change items in orders once they have been placed. With the volume of orders coming through it makes it hard to locate one order to change, so for this reason and to help us keep costs down, orders can not be changed. Also once orders are placed your shipping labels are automatically printed with the weights etc for the parcel, so these can not be changed once printed.

No, we no longer offer wholesale accounts.

We offer very limited discount codes to groups that we select. Either groups that have the same ethics and align with us or groups that have been with us from the start. Please do not reach out and ask for a discount code, as I am sure you can imagine we get inundated with requests. If we get consistent tags or come across your page, we will reach out to you to see if you wish to promote a code to your following.

We try our best to source palm oil free products. However, if a product does contain palm oil or palm oil derivatives have sourced their palm oil sustainably from RSPO suppliers.

We accept PayPal, Credit Card and AfterPay. We currently can not take payment over the phone, as we do not have these facilities available at our end. Our website does also not store your credit card details.

Absolutely. We accept change of mind returns, as long as the item is in its original packaging, has not been used, and no seals have been broken. For more information read our Returns Policy. Please note, there is certain products that we do not process refunds on due to the items not being sealed, but these items can be found in our Returns Policy.
