Shipping Policy for Natural Good Life

Here at Natural Good Life, we are committed to getting your products to you as quickly as possible and with minimal environmental impact. We ship Australia-wide using a third-party logistics company that automatically selects the best rate or fastest shipping option based on each order, ensuring efficient and eco-friendly delivery. We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days; however, during sales or peak periods, processing times may extend slightly.
Please note that we ship orders Monday through Thursday and do not ship on Fridays.

Our eco-conscious packaging includes bubble wrap-free Geami wrapping and biodegradable/compostable materials, including bio-fill to protect your products. We ensure every parcel is shipped plastic-free. For more details on our bio-fill practices, please read our article here.

Australia-Wide Shipping Options and Rates:

Up to 1kg in weight: $11.95
Over 1kg (no maximum weight): $17.95
Free shipping on orders over $200 (after discounts are applied)

All parcels are shipped with a signature required upon delivery unless 'Authority to Leave' is selected at checkout. If you choose 'Authority to Leave,' please remember this is at your own risk. We may not be able to assist if your order is misplaced or stolen, so please only select this option if you have a secure location for parcel drop-off.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Click and Collect Service

We offer a free click-and-collect option for those in the Fleurieu Peninsula area who wish to pick up their orders. Collection is available at our warehouse located on our residential property in Mount Compass, South Australia.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 2 pm. Please contact us at 0402 213 491 if you need alternative pickup arrangements.

Please note that our warehouse is not open for browsing; all orders must be completed online. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via text or email. When arriving, please follow the driveway past our residential house to reach the light grey shed marked "Natural Good Life."
