Compostable Playdough

naturally coloured with cabbage water 

Recipe: (halve for a smaller batch)

2 cups of cooled red cabbage water (boiled for about 5 minutes to extract the colour)

2 cups of plain flour

3/4 cup salt

4 teaspoons cream of tartar 

2 tablespoons coconut oil

Method: Place all ingredients in and pot and mix on low heat until it comes together in a ball. Let cool enough for you to handle and knead until smooth!

Wrap (after cooling) in compostable grease proof paper. You could also store in an airtight jar.
