Directions For Use

Shake it up: Add 1 level scoop (12g) with 300ml water in a shaker and shake well.

How to use: We recommend taking Cleanse first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and in conjunction with a clean diet. For best results take 12g per day for 20 days. Do not exceed 4 courses a year.
