Choc Whiz tastes like a sweet chocolate berry drink with choc chunks. We have combined organic cacao, super berries and chocolate chunks that can fix any sweet tooth cravings.

Are the flavours natural?
Yes! We use premium plant based flavours that are created using only natural processing methods such as heating, fermenting and pressing. There is nothin artificial in our Choc Whiz.
Is Choc Whiz Gluten Free?
Yes! The recipe does not contain any gluten containing ingredients and we make sure that Choc Whiz is manufactured and packed in a gluten free environment.
I am a grown-up, can I have this product?
NO, go find some grown-up food (Jokes!). Anyone can have our delicious and nutritious Choc Whiz. However, we specifically designed this product to meet your children's needs (between 1-3 years). But anyone older that 1 year of age can have this product, including adults. The only thing is that adults need a higher amount of nutrients when compared to young children.
Is it pregnancy and breastfeeding friendly?
Yes! In saying this, we do advise on all our products to seek advice from your health care professional on taking products if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. We only say so as we believe that every pregnancy is different, taking a toll differently on each individual body in vitamin, mineral and energy levels. We invite you to research the product to ensure that you are not sensitive to any particular ingredients.
Is it vegan?
Unfortunately our Choc Whiz is not Vegan. We have added a very special ingredient to our formula that comes from fish: Omega 3 DHA! Omega 3 fatty acids are so important during early stages of life and we wanted to be able to offer this to your loved ones.
Choc Whiz contains DHA extracted from fish. Does it taste or smell like fish?
Not a chance! Even though we have incorporated omega 3 DHA extracted from fish in our product, this special ingredient has been microencapsulated, which means that no kid or adult will be able to smell it or taste it.
What are Omega 3 Fatty Acids (DHA and EPA)? And why are they added?
Our body can make most of the fats it needs, but that isn't the case for omega 3 fatty acids. These are essential fat, which means that the body can't make them from scratch, so it must get them from food. There are 3 important fatty acids: alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). ALA is commonly found in most Western diets in plant oils such as flaxseed, soybean and canola oils and some nuts; while DHA and EPA come mainly from fish and other seafood (reason why most people call them marine omegas).
Our body can convert ALA into EPA and DHA, but the conversion is sometimes very limited. That is why it is so important to consume foods or supplements that contain these two omegas.
Omega 3s are important for so many reasons, they are components of the membranes that surround each cell in your body; DHA is especially high in retine (eye) and brain, so it is really important to incorporate this omega 3 into early stages of life. We have added Omega 3 DHA and some EPA to our product for its brain boosting capabilities.
