The most wonderful time of the year calls for a wiggly, jiggly, fun & nutritious alternative to sugar-laden jellies and artificial gummies.

Benefits

1. Stir the powder before each use to ensure the right mix of ingredients each time.
2. Hydrate Gutsy Gummies by adding 50 grams (1/3 cup) into 100 mL of water and stir until an even texture is achieved.
3. Add 250 mL of recently boiled, hot water to the hydrated mixture and stir until dissolved. 
4. Pour into your Christmas Moulds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Eat straight from the fridge.

Get creative by adding your favourite juices or fresh fruits.
