Ingredients

Australian organic grass-fed beef (95%), sea salt (2%), honey*, cultured swiss chard powder, antioxidant (rosemary extract), starter culture, edible collagen casing.

*We use a tiny bit of honey to start the natural fermentation process and most of the sugar is consumed during fermentation leading to next to no sugar in the final product.
