Dr Tung's Oil Pulling Concentrate. An Ancient Ayurvedic formula, made with 24 herbs and botanicals in an organic sesame oil base. Detoxifies, conditions gums and helps balance oral flora. Use as part of your daily routine to strengthen teeth and gums and help with oral dryness. 50ml.

• Sesame oil is specifically used for its subtle penetrating, preventative and balancing effects.
• Boosts the efficacy of any oil you combine it with. Use undiluted or mixed.
• Swish daily after tongue cleaning and toothbrushing.
• Vegetarian.

Use undiluted, or mix contents with 5 oz. organic sunflower, sesame (not toasted) or coconut oil—i.e. 1:3 ratio

Swish daily after tongue cleaning and toothbrushing: 

1.   Place 1 tbsp mixture in mouth 
2.   Slowly swish it around the mouth and "chew" on it for 5–15 minutes 
3.   When done, do not swallow but spit into toilet (not into sink) 
4.   Rinse your mouth with lukewarm, saline water
