The Ocean’s Magnesium contains a powdered blend of pure sea minerals, sea lettuce and calcareous red marine algae, providing a good source of both magnesium (382mg per serve) and calcium (320mg per serve) in convenient hard capsules. 

Our pure marine mineral powder offers an abundance of bioavailable natural magnesium, directly from one of the largest salt lakes in the world. It undergoes unique harvesting, concentrating methods and rigorous testing to ensure its quality and purity, free of any artificial ingredients and toxicants. Containing not only macro minerals such as magnesium, it also features the trace minerals found naturally in seawater – this powder is a true gift from nature.

When paired with sea lettuce and calcareous algae, the blend offers a higher trace mineral and calcium content than just the sea mineral powder alone. This particular sea lettuce contains more magnesium than most sea vegetables and has been harvested from organically certified areas, hand-plucked from rocks of the Atlantic Ocean. The red marine algae, after years of thriving in the mineral-rich Atlantic sea, naturally calcifies on the North Atlantic seabed. From here it is sustainably harvested and carefully processed in order to maintain its mineral content, resulting in one of nature’s richest sources of calcium. 

A jar of 180 capsules is 1 months supply, if you follow the serving suggestion, but you may choose to have more or less. 

Adults can consume a maximum of 6 capsules per day, unless specified otherwise under the guidance of a practitioner.

Please consume with a full glass of liquid.

Capsule serving is able to be split across the day if needed to suit the individual.
