Khorasan is an ancient wheat which has not undergone any modern genetic modifications. Originally from the Fertile Crescent region, our Khorasan wheat is grown on the hills of central Italy and gives our pasta a delightfully sweet-nutty flavour.

Directions For Use
Bring water to boil in a saucepan (approx 1 Litre per 100g of pasta).
Add pasta to boiling water and stir as required.
Cook for 9 minutes, before draining.
