Our Crystal OMP vegetable derived soap base is made with organic ingredients to the Soil Association and COSMOS standards. For the manufacture of certified translucent soap bars.

Product Characteristics

Contains no MPG or synthetic surfactants that are not approved by the certifying body
Has the natural light brown colour of the organic oils and organic sugar
Excellent foaming and lather
Moisturising properties and smooth skin feel as a result of high glycerin content

Suitable for: All skin types.
Scent: 10 - 40 drops Fragrance or Essential Oils per 100g Soap (0.5% - 2%)
Colourants: Any of the usual colourants for Melt & Pour Soap.
Suitable Additives: Botanical and Herbal Extracts, exfoliants of all kinds
Melt Point: 55 - 60°C

How To Use

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Prepare your soap moulds with dried botanicals (if using, if not proceed to step 2).

Step 2

Our Melt and Pour Soap base comes pre-cut, so all you have to do is melt the qty of soap needed. Ensure you melt the soap gradually, mix soap at intervals to ensure the soap base does not exceed 75°C. Do not boil or burn the soap base.

Step 3

Once all soap has melted you can add your essentials oils to the liquid. Mix the oils around to ensure an even distribution of oils through your soap. You must ensure you work quickly as the setting temperature is around 55°C.
